A substantial vintage volume of Ellen G. White’s Testimonies for the Church, containing Testimonies Numbers 1 through 14 along with a biographical sketch of the author. This volume covers material originally written from the 1850s through the 1860s, including topics such as faith, church life, family religion, ministry, health reform, dress reform, education, and the early development of the Seventh day Adventist movement.
This is the 1948 Pacific Press Publishing Association edition. That 1948 edition introduced a new typeface and added historical background material before the individual volumes while keeping the text essentially unchanged.
Condition:
Fair to good vintage condition. Maroon cloth hardcover with gilt lettering. Noticeable age toning throughout, staining and discoloration along the inner margins and endpapers, previous owner’s name written on the title page, and general shelf and cover wear. The rear board also shows visible rubbing and marks. Binding is intact and the text remains readable. Please review photos closely for condition.
