Jo’s Boys is the final novel in Louisa May Alcott’s Little Women series, following Little Women, Little Men, and Jo’s Boys. The story returns to Jo March and the students of Plumfield as the boys she helped raise grow into adulthood, following their careers, relationships, struggles, mistakes, and the lives they ultimately choose for themselves. It’s an especially sweet addition for someone building a collection around Little Women and the March family.

This vintage 1974 hardcover edition was published by Sandle Brothers Limited of London as part of the Rylee Clear Print Classics series. It has a wonderfully nostalgic illustrated cover and illustrated endpapers that make it especially charming for a vintage children’s library, homeschool bookshelf, or Louisa May Alcott collection.

Condition: Fair vintage condition. There is visible wear to the cover and spine, including rubbing and wear at the corners and spine ends. Most importantly, there is a longcrease to the title page and another visible creaseon the biographical page, as shown in the photos. The book remains intact and readable. There also is an old Montessori price sticker on the front cover.
